Adventure Therapy can benefit individuals who are hoping to overcome anxiety and depression. Participants often see improvements in social skills, empathy, insight, and self-development.

The clinic is located in the Koko Marina Shopping Center in Hawaii Kai.

Depending on each client’s challenge, they may be eligible for insurance to cover the cost of the appointments, other than a copay. We accept most major insurance providers in Hawaii.

Yes, I am required to keep all identifying information confidential. I will ask any participant to agree to keep every participant’s name and personal stories confidential. I will ask every participant to agree and sign a document agreeing to the terms of confidentiality. I will discuss this in more detail with each client before the group begins.

I will go over this during “Session Zero.” Every participant will need to agree to be respectful, not interrupt others, maintain confidentiality, stay off their phones, and respect the space. We need to agree to these rules so everyone knows it’s a safe space..
